Most of the time, when someone wants a higher, more shapely butt, they do extra squats or invest in some shapewear. However, sometimes this just isn’t enough. This is where a Brazilian butt lift (BBL) can make all the difference.
What Happens During the Procedure?
A Brazilian butt lift (BBL) is done under general anesthesia. Before the procedure begins, your skin will be cleansed and marked to act as a blueprint.
For the buttock implants, an incision will be created within the butt crease. From this incision, the silicone implants will be inserted either into or above the gluteal muscle on each side.
For the fat grafting portion of the procedure, fat will be removed from one part of the body where it can be spared using liposuction, and the fat will then be purified through the Puregraft® filtration system and enriched with your own growth factors and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) before it is transferred to the gluteal tissues. This process allows for the greatest longevity and viability.
Internal and/or external radiofrequency energy devices and/or Sculptra may also be utilized. If it’s determined that these procedures should be included in your Brazilian butt lift, we will take you step-by-step through the procedure during your consultation.
